This bundled package includes …

• One HO4155 DV Ross & Co. Building
• One HO4155BR – special 3.27” Rear Wall Module with Loading Dock/Entry Doors (note this panel is uniquely sized to fit this kit, some easy width modification may be necessary if you combine it with our other kits) 
• Two HO4155B – 1.5” Side Wall Modules
• 2 story set of our HO V3 Fire Escapes 
• One Custom Base with etched "cosmetic" rails for display (approx 6” x 8”)
• Assorted Hydrocal castings from Produits M.P. and/or 3D printed parts from us at ITLA (Please note that some detail parts may be substituted from time to time).
• Colour Sign Sheet (signs may differ from those shown)

The DV Ross Instruction booklet provides the basic assembly guidance. An addendum sheet to the booklet is provided and defines the use of the additional Side & Rear Wall Module Kits.

This kit bundle is shown built in our recommended "Z" shaped footprint, however you are able to reconfigure the wall panels into many alternative shapes ... just create your own roof panel from Foamcore or Styrene.
