This detailed "Concrete" Back Alley Wall Kit is designed to replace the stock "undetailed" rear wall panel in our HO4160 Southside Hotel Kit.
Incorporate this rear wall kit into your Southside Hotel or Southside Hotel WITH Side Wall Expansion kit build to provide a high level of "back alley" detail as shown in the photos.

Optionally purchase this Side Wall / Roof Kit (click this link) and make it a 1.5" deep shallow relief structure.
The kit features two laser cut MDF panels which form the basis of the 5-story rear wall. The lower panel measures approx. 15.75"L x 7"H. The Upper 4th / 5th Story section is separate, position-able, and measures approx. 10.25"L x 4.75"H.
Pilasters and Cornice trim are layered on top to provide more surface features, and can be positioned where you like.
Laser engraved foundation and parting lines add more character.

This model was hand painted by Dave Ross using two simple craft acrylic paint colours, mixed to create this soft beige wall tone shown in the photos ... "Putty" and "Mudstone". Further weathering was done with light washes of browns (Raw Umber, Burnt Sienna, etc.).
