From a recent customer ...

"I have just finished assembling
this kit (just a few details to
add) and I loved it!! This is a superb kit!
Great detail. Great fit.
Enjoyable to build. Could not
be better. Just wanted to say “Thank you!”
for making such a superb product!!
Can't wait for your next O-scale
offering. Sincerely, Brian "

This model includes "3D" laser etched detail, weathered & worn masonry surfaces on every wall. An abundance of ground level castings, and surface applied details such as electrical conduits, meters, window / door headers & sills, steps, handrails, vents, pilasters, cornice trim & capping are included. See our photos.

Robust tab & slot modular design enables a quick and stable build. Our wood materials are easily painted with solvent or water based paints, no wall bracing is required.

Each kit includes three brass Operating LED Goose Neck Lamps with resistors to easily connect to your own 9 to 23 VDC power supply. You can even battery operate them.

Position-able Rear Loading Dock walls enable rail or truck service and include a separately detailed door with bumper strips. The dock door can be modelled open ... purchase our O#5159 Loading Dock Interior Kit to add more detail.

Want more wall detail?  Add our 18 Piece Wall Detail & Sign Sheet kit ... HERE.

A full colour instruction booklet with detailed photos is included.

Sign sheets include the "Olympia Tool & Die Co." building name plus many faded "ghost" signs, advertisements, posters, billboards and window blinds for you to choose from.

Our Billboard Sign kit mounts on the roof top or even at ground level ... includes a choice of two advertisements.

This kit is initially designed to build into the "L-shaped" structure shown in the lead photo, however we've also made it "configurable" into multiple building footprints...see the diagram below.

You can rearrange our wall sections to create your own custom structure and fit the space you need to fill. We've included roof material for configurations shown below. Any of the "Flat" or "Shallow Relief" configurations will require you to add your own "blank" rear wall if you desire that structure shape closed in. Configurations #5 and beyond will require you to add portions of roof panel easily cut from your Foamcore or Styrene stock.
