HO4004 Fire Escapes - Set of 3 with Ladders, Roof & Ground access

A set of 3 Fire Escapes, Connecting  Ladders, with Roof & Ground Access Ladders/Hangers to add that realistic detail to any downtown building. 

Easy to assemble with Tab & Slot construction in "Laserboard". Connecting ladders can be trimmed to length between building floors.  Finely cut parts.

Two sizes of wall brackets are included.  Platform floors and also be inverted to alternate the ladder pass through hole position left to right.

Ladders can be installed between platforms vertically also!

The Laserboard carrier sheet is the assembly jig !
