N3004 - N Scale Fire Escapes - Set of 3 with Roof & Ground Access

A set of 3 Fire Escapes, Connecting  Ladders, with Roof & Ground Access Ladder/Hangers to add that realistic detail to any downtown building. 

(Shown mounted on a wall for clarity - wall NOT included)

Easy to assemble with "Micro" Tab & Slot construction in "Laser Board" material. Connecting ladders can be trimmed to length between building floors.  Finely cut parts include see-through grating on the platforms.

Two sizes of wall brackets are included for your choice.  Platform floors and also be inverted to alternate the ladder pass-through hole position left to right.

Ladders can be installed between platforms vertically also!

The Laser Board carrier sheet is the assembly jig!  Build one in about 3 minutes using ACC glues!

• N Scale "Single Width" Platform measures approx. 1/2"L x 1/4"W x 1/4"T
• Ladders measure 1 & 3/8" in length and can be trimmed to length
