Kit Details...

·      Five (5) modular buildings –   Configurable - individual "backdrop" buildings with interchangeable side walls to fit your alley space. Even consider vertically offset on a slope!

     The 5 Building "footprint" measures approx. 13.5" long x 5.5" high x 2.75" in depth.

     Individual buildings vary in width from 2.2" to 2.7" to 3". They are designed to be optionally cut to reduce their depths by 0.5" and create the "set back" look shown.

·      Laser engraved masonry on 3 walls per building (rear walls are “blank”) ... Three different scale sized brick/block patterns

·       Multiple, fine-scale ITLA laser-cut Roof & Wall Details as shown in the photos ...
