HO gauge 33" Wheel & Truck Painting Fixture / Mask

HO scale 33" Wheel & Truck painting fixture or mask is laser cut from durable HDF wood material.

Fits Proto 2000, Intermountain, True Line Trains, Rapido wheelsets and more.

It's natural properties provide a "spring action" which holds your wheelsets in place for painting, covering their flange and tread surfaces.

Sized to fit in your hand for easy spray painting, and also designed to stand on a flat surface to enable drying time.

Additional "outriggers" will hold your truck side frames in place to receive the same spray coating simultaneously.

Simple assembly of the fixture is required.

Usage Tips:

o    Mask off the truck frame journal pockets with green tape before spray painting

o    Apply light oil to the axle ends before spray painting, then wipe clean after…easy!!

o    Inner wheel and axle surfaces can also be painted by holding the fixture at the appropriate angles while lightly spraying

o  Add an elastic band around the fingers if you wish more holding tension
