Configurable into Multiple Build Combinations – walls can be arranged can be arranged in at least 12 combinations to fit your layout needs (note roof panel included for 3 basic configurations, some combinations will require your own simple roof panel…see below for details). This kit builds into ONE of over 15 different wall combinations!

OurWall detailsinclude "3D" laser etched, worn & spalling brick, with surface applied details such as electrical conduits, meters, window / door headers & sills, steps, handrails, vents, pilasters, cornice trim & capping.
Rear Loading Dock walls enable rail or truck service and feature spalling brick, separately etched door and bump strips (The dock door can be modelled in an open position) and accepts our HO4159 Loading Dock Interior Kitavailable separately.
A full colour paper sign sheet includes the "North York Chemical Co.","York Inks & Stains", and "David Fine Furniture" building name bands, plus many faded "ghost" signs, advertisements, and posters for you to choose from.
The HO 4157 York Industries can be configured into the following building footprints and many more (they require your own simple custom made roof panel from Foamcore, cardstock or styrene).
The kit includes a roof panel to fit a basic "L" shaped footprint (Config #1) and its mirror image (Config #2), or the basic rectangular Config #3 shown above.
All other configurations simply require you to cut your own roof shape from Foamcore, cardstock or styrene. This can be easily done by placing your completed wall configuration onto your material sheet and tracing the interior outline of the building, Trim that shape out, glue to the inside building surface onto the blocking parts we provide.
