The HO scale #4157 York Industries Inc. shown in its Full Flat configuration and lettered for "David Fine Furniture" ... one of the three York Industry names provided.
This "Configurable" Kit builds into ONE of over FIFTEEN different wall combinations!
This is the same kit shown below in its standard configurations. (You may purchase on either product page).
"Full Flat" configuration is 18.25" L x 0.5" W x 5.5" H with "3D" laser etched details on all walls. "Shallow Relief" Footprints are also possible, see our drawings below, left. 
Exterior detail parts shown ... ladders, pallets, drums, crates, and garbage pails.
Combine multiple kits to create a larger custom structure.
This model includes "3D" laser etched detailed surfaces on every wall.
Multiple Roof Top details include many of our vent styles shown.
Our Wall details include "3D" laser etched, worn & spalling brick, with surface applied details such as electrical conduits, meters, window / door headers & sills, steps, handrails, vents, pilasters, cornice trim & capping.
The Loading Dock walls enable rail or truck service and features spalling brick, separately etched door and bump strips (Dock door can be modelled in the open position).
Ground level Detail Parts - 3D printed parts from us at ITLA (Please note that some details may be substituted from time to time).

A full colour sign sheet includes the "York Inks & Stains" , "North York Chemical Co." & "David Fine Furniture" building names, many faded "ghost" signs, advertisements, posters and billboards for you to choose from.
ITLA HO 4157 York Industries Inc. can be configured into these building footprints and many more (they require your custom made roof panel from Foamcore, cardstock or styrene) ...
