Features...

Brick wedge-shaped background structure (10.5"L by 1.5/4.5" deep by 9.25"H), laser engraved, cut wood construction.

Can be built wedged "left" or "right"!

This "Bundled Kit" is comprised of our HO4152 Building D structure, its roof top details. 4th/5th floor extension wall panels, plus 3 ITLA Detail kits embedded in the parts carrier sheets...

1) ITLA HVAC Ducting kit

2) ITLA Wall Detail kit

3) Four ITLA Fire Escape kits

Designed as a "background" structure with one highly detailed "Brick" front wall section, "Concrete" side walls, roof panel, and undetailed/blank rear wall.

A Colour Sign Sheet plus the Roof Top Billboard "Illinois Tool Works" sign is included also.

Easily paintable with solvent or water based paints, see our "How To" tab for ideas.

Very finely "3D" laser engraved brick surfaces, window and door mullions / lintel work.

This model is compatible with our HO 4150 Allstate Machine Kit .

Kit includes the following...

• 1 Roof Top Staircase Exit
• 2 Brick Chimneys
• Finely detailed Entry Door, Steps, Railings and Security Bars (door can be modelled open or closed)
• Finely etched Loading Dock Doors are positionable on their tracks and cover wall openings which accept our HO4159 Loading Dock Interior Kit (available separately)
• 28 separate window frames &  sills which enable no-mask painting
• Multiple window treatments are possible by using the window knockouts included
• Separate etched brick Roof Cornice & vertical Pilaster Brick trim layers
